The house is of approximately 212 sq. meters of floor space and stands in a plot of over 800 sq. meters. The house consists of two buildings. The main building is formed around a 54 sq meter swimming pool and contains the living areas, master bedroom suite and one of the guest bedrooms. The main building also includes an integral 25 sq meter Sala (or open air lounge area) overlooking the pool. The second building contains two additional guest bedrooms. The master bedroom suite consist of a 25 sq meter bedroom, adjoining walk in dressing area and a magnificent bathroom featuring a roman bath. All of the four bedrooms include high quality super king size beds and each has its own en suite facilities.
Samrong Lagoon is less than fifteen minutes drive from the vibrant night life of the beach town of Chaweng with its many bars and restaurants. Chaweng also offers convenient access to shops, banks, medical facilities and many other local services. Within a few minutes drive of the house are a wide range of dining opportunities ranging from hawker stalls with authentic Thai food to five star establishments at surprisingly affordable prices.
